Barlo worked with AOL in transforming their call centre working environment into a bright and engaging space for their employees and customers.

The challenge was to inspire and inform their teams with large format graphics and communal notice boards. The designs and slogans reflected the AOL brand vision and also proved to be a more positive space to work in.
