Lucan Shopping Centre is a small local shopping centre well established within its local Dublin community. The owners approached Barlo to develop a sharper brand identity for the centre and to develop a new on-line presence. 

When developing a website for a large number of stakeholders, its critical that the brief is clear for everyone from the outset. We worked closely with the tenants and owners, listening to what they wanted and how their new website and social media presence could help their businesses individually and as a group for the centre. 

We developed a new identity for the shopping centre which is very clean and professional looking and this helped as a useful backdrop and reference point as we moved into their digital and signage tasks.

The new website is kept very simple and intuitive using hero imagery of the centres iconic building and delivering useful content on all tenants. The site is kept up to date with a news feed on the homepage, which are regularly updated. 

The social media channels Facebook and Twitter have been very successful building a steady number of followers and likes since its launch. Our team of writers and designers manage the all of the content for both the centre and social media sites. It has proved to be an excellent way to engage regularly with their loyal customers. We have been able to launch competitions through the website and social media channels which have proven very popular with their customers. 

New signage has been developed including an external totem which will give the centre a better visual presence for passing customers. Inside the centre a new way-finding signage system has been developed helping customers move around with clarity and ease.
